We loved strolling through Royal Green Park just a block away and exploring the charming streets of Mayfair. The staff made our stay unforgettable with their friendliness and attentiveness, especially during breakfast with an amazing selection of food. It truly felt like a luxurious experience.
My wife says that the evening menu lacked vegetable side options, which made meal choices a bit tricky for our family. Adding more kid-friendly sides would be a nice touch.

Location sits in the heart of the action, making it easy to dive into whatever adventure you’ve got planned. The breakfast selection packages a punch, with plenty of options that'll keep you fueled up for a day of exploration.
Where do I start? The room I had was a bit on the shabby side, with a leaking shower and a few broken drawers that didn’t inspire confidence. Not exactly what you’d expect in a high-end joint. Oh, and the keys? A real hassle—demagnetizing left me locked out more than once. Breakfast? Chaotic is putting it mildly. it felt more like fast food than a relaxing meal. Plus, the noise from the nearby bar was persistent enough to keep me awake sometimes, not ideal for catching Zs. amenities felt limited. it didn’t quite deliver the luxury vibe advertised.

The staff was pleasant, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. However, I encountered a significant issue with water overflow in the bathroom, which led to a musty odor in the room. Despite reporting the problem, I feel that better solutions could have been provided to ensure comfort during our stay. Overall, the location is great, but the maintenance needs improvement.
